The Maritime Safety Committee of the IMO (International Maritime Organization) is it,” Foreign Affairs secretary Teodoro Locsin said in a tweet on Thursday noon. The Armed Forces of the Philippines’ Western Command described the sinking incident as “far from accidental.”
