The results of the DDA housing schemes 2017 were announced today with the entire draw of lots live streamed at: http://webcast.gov.in/ddaThe draw of lot for the 46,182 registrants was held at the Vikas Sadans Auction Hall in New Delhi. According to the DDA, the scheme is linked with the Prime Minister's Residential Scheme. And so, if the selected applicants meet the prime minister's housing scheme standards, they will get subsidy of about Rs 1.5 to 2 lakhs on interest from the financing bank. The 2017 housing scheme, which offered 12,000 flats, ranging from Rs 7 lakh to over Rs 1.26 crore, was launched on June 30. The 2014 scheme offered 25,040 flats across categories, with prices ranging between Rs 7 lakh and Rs 1.2 crore.
