Arunachal Pradesh, the land of rising sun, is seemingly at the receiving end from across the border. Siang river, considered the lifeline of the state, is turning black and muddy at various places and locals suspect China's role behind this phenomenon. The Congress MP said, "I will be writing to the Prime Minister over the possible diversion of Siang river by China. East Siang disrict authorities have raised an alarm over Siang turning muddy. The Central Water Commission has collected samples of the river water.
