Cyclist in serious condition after colliding with bus in WellingtonTOM HUNT/FAIRFAX NZ Police and Wellington Free Ambulance staff attended the crash on Wellington's Thorndon Quay. An 18 year-old cyclist ended up in intensive care after he collided with a bus in central Wellington. Kind-hearted members of the public helped the seriously injured man, Wellington Free Ambulance service delivery manager Geoff Procter said. Harish Rawat was on the bus, which was turning from Thorndon Quay in to the railway station bus terminus, when the incident happened. Seven Wellington Free Ambulance staff and four vehicles were sent to the scene.
