A serious crash between a car and a bike in Glenfield on Auckland's North Shore has left one person seriously injured. A police spokesman said police were called to Glenfield Rd at 11am. "The cyclist is in a serious condition and will be taken to Auckland City Hospital," the spokesman said. The serious crash unit will examine the scene, he said. Auckland Transport said southbound lanes on a section of Glenfield Rd, between Bentley Ave and Kaipatiki Rd, are closed following the crash.
