KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Wednesday claimed to have arrested five accused, including three cybercriminals, in different targeted raids in the metropolis. According to a Rangers spokesperson, a Rangers team carried out a targeted raid in Gulberg area and apprehended three cybercriminals – Usman alias Shano, Asif Rajput and Javaid alias Ali. Separately, a rangers party raided a house in Madina Colony and detained a Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London (MQM-L) activist Muhammad Kamran alias Kami. The Rangers claimed that he was involved in aerial firing during strikes, wall-chalking, dealing illegal weapons and other crimes. Meanwhile, on a tip-off, Rangers raided Lyari’s docks area and arrested a gang war member Noorullah alias Noori, allegedly involved in extortion, target killing and other criminal activities, said rangers.
