Sligo University Hospital which is undergoing extensive expansion at present and which has been affected by the cyber attack. The ransomware attack on the HSE IT systems continues to have a considerable impact on hospital services with hundreds of cancellations at Sligo University Hospital. All outpatient clinics have been cancelled along with all diagnostics including x-ray, CT scans, MRI appointments and cardiac investigations. "Every vaccine administered is further protection from the effects of COVID-19 and we look forward to welcoming increasing numbers of the local community to the HSE Sligo Vaccination Centre located in Sligo IT over the coming weeks." The National Cyber Security Centre continues to provide support to the HSE in identifying the systems affected by the cyber attack and to bring all systems back online.
