This comes as NHS England is set to have delivered more than 50 million doses by Saturday, with more than 40 per cent of adults having had both jabs. People aged 33 will receive texts inviting them to book a vaccination from Saturday, and from Monday people aged 32 will receive a message. NHS chief executive Sir Simon Stevens said that over half of people aged 35 to 39 have now had their first jab. He added: "Today, the biggest NHS vaccination programme in history hits another milestone as we pass 50 million life-saving jabs delivered across England." People who cannot go online can call the service on 119 instead to book their jab.
