Share TweetBy Ariel FernandezThirty vape cartridges suspected to contain liquid marijuana worth P45,000 were intercepted from a Filipino-American by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) officials at the Central Mail Exchange Center (CMEC) in Pasay City Monday. CMEC Customs Collector Nora Cawili said they notified the consignee regarding his parcels from China, and he showed up Monday, May 20, to claim them. It was then that he was arrested by the Customs and PDEA agents. Talusan said the parcels of liquid marijuana were tested by PDEA.
