BADIN: Journalistic, political, social and religious organisations celebrated the Sindhi Cultural Day with traditional fervour and zeal by organizing a massive rally to highlight the Sindhi culture, history and heritage. The rally began at Allahwala Chowk, marched on the main roads of the city and concluded outside Badin Press Club. Participants, including men and children and wearing cultural dresses, joined in the rally taken out from Allahwala Chowk and converged at the local press club, where the main function of the city was organised. The city reverberated with folk and cultural songs like “Jeay Sindh Jeay” (Long live Sindh). The participants while celebrating the cultural day pledged to protect the Sindhi culture and the history of Sindh.
