Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa has said that the long duration of the IPL proves difficult for foreign players, which is why he preferred the PSL this time. During an interview in Lahore, Zampa said that short-term T20 leagues are more suitable for players. According to Zampa, the IPL lasts for about two and a half months, the duration of which can be reduced to provide relief to the players. Zampa was included in the PSL draft for the first time, where Karachi Kings made him a part of the team for a hefty fee. Adam Zampa also pointed out that foreign spinners, especially leg-spinners, are not given the same importance in the IPL as they are in other leagues.
