John Ager: Critical Thinking is knowing when to ask questions and knowing what questions to ask. Teare: Do your clients who have liberal arts educations have a better understanding of critical thinking and, if so, how does that manifest itself? Although most of the people I work with have a STEM-based education, those with a liberal arts education can just as effectively ask insightful questions. On a side note, I am reminded of a contest held in my fraternity between liberal arts students who signed up for STEM classes and STEM students who signed up for liberal arts classes. The liberal arts students did better.
