The popular temple has run out of the diesel fuel essential for cremations - and local suppliers are either limiting sales or have also run out. Shortly afterwards, the temple announced that purchasing fuel now required presenting a death certificate, and was limited to 50 litres. Sometimes a cremation had to be carried out quickly, so it was essential to have enough fuel on hand.
