PHOTO: LUISA GIRAOThe impact of the latest Covid 19-related lockdown and alert levels has delayed the opening of The Langlands Hotel from late this year until early next year. However, ILT chief executive Chris Ramsay said with the recent restrictions, the work was now expected to be completed by March next year. "Other than the fact that Covid has hit us twice now, the progress is pleasing. "But we have been realistic and [have been] controlling the cost when it is possible — but no-one can control Covid."
