GSK also distributed Horlicks in Gazipur to provide nutrition, said a press release. The distribution was made with the financial support of GSK Bangladesh-funded HALOW+ (Health Access and Linkage Opportunities for Workers Plus) project, the release added. A total of 19 Volunteer Groups and Community Support Groups were formed who coordinated with Ward Councilors in Ward No. Mayor of Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) Mayor Md Zahangir Alam received protective equipment and hand-washing materials from the high officials of HALOW+ project in a ceremony where local councilors were also present.
