PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded 12 new cases on Monday (Aug 7), of which 10 are local cases. One of the local cases is related to a screening-of-symptoms case which was recorded in Sungai Buloh Hospital. Dr Noor Hisham also said 17 more cases had been discharged, which means 8,876 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Malaysia since the outbreak began. Dr Noor Hisham said there were no new deaths, which means the death toll remains at 125 cases.
