The cover of a book “Chhotader Sheikh Hasina” written by Nazrul Islam, deputy press secretary to the Prime Minister, has been unveiled at a function in New York on Saturday night. The speakers at the function, described Sheikh Hasina as a children-friendly prime minister, mentioning that her government has taken various steps for the welfare of future generation. They also termed the publishing of the book on Sheikh Hasina as a time-befitting and thanked the writer for it. The book would surely inspire the new generation to help know about Sheikh Hasina, the able daughter of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, they said. Genius Publication published the 32-page book, where the life and works of Sheikh Hasina as well as some rare photos on her have been placed.
