Rappler Holdings, owner of Rappler, was accused of supplying incorrect information in its quarterly value-added tax returns for the third and fourth quarters of 2015, involving deficiencies totaling P21.5 million. Rappler Holdings and Ressa were also charged with attempting to evade or defeat tax liabilities amounting to P48.72 million. REINA C. TOLENTINO
