Court to hear tax evasion raps vs Maria Ressa, RapplerBy The Manila TimesTHE Court of Tax Appeals’ First Division will proceed with the two tax evasion cases filed against Rappler Holdings Corporation (RHC)/Maria Ressa as it denied a plea to nullify the charges. Rappler Holdings, owner of Rappler, was accused of supplying incorrect information in its quarterly value-added tax returns for the third and fourth quarters of 2015, involving deficiencies totaling P21.5 million.
