Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Sarafuzzaman Ansari passed the order after the singer filed a case in court on Tuesday morning. Md Amirul Islam, editor-in-chief of BD24live.com, has been ordered to appear in court along with three more who stand accused in the case. On Oct 5, Mila filed a case with West Uttara Police against her husband Parvez Sanjari, accusing him of assaulting her over demands for dowry. Mila has come into the media spotlight and a report carried by BD24live.com accused her of 'running a business of marriage and divorce'. In the case filed in court on Tuesday, Mila accused the four of "working together to publish online reports on Oct 7, Oct 9 and Oct 10 which maligned her good name", said her lawyer Jahedul Islam Koel.
