Sylhet Metropolitan Sessions Judge Akbar Hossain Mridha will deliver the verdict of the sensational case heard in two different courts. It was later transferred to the sessions judge's court. Khadiza, an honours second-year student of Sylhet Government Women's College, was waylaid and hacked by Badrul on Sylhet MC College premises after she sat for an exam on Oct 3 last year. In her statement given to the court on Feb 26, Khadiza said Badrul had been harassing her for five to six years. It was later transferred to the sessions judge's court.
