BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: An arrest warrant was issued against Cagayan Gov. Manuel Mamba for a cyberlibel case filed by former senator Juan Ponce Enrile. Makati City Judge Andres Bartolome Soriano of Regional Trial Court Branch 148 issued the warrants of arrest for Mamba and Cagayan public information officer (PIO) Rogie Sending. The bail was for Mamba and Sending was set at P48,000 each. Mamba was a political ally of Enrile, but their relationship became sour reportedly over leadership in Cagayan province.
