Through Ochoki & Co Advocates, the employees moved to court last week under the certificate of urgency seeking to halt their suspension from the payroll. Besides the governor, other respondents are his deputy Amos Nyaribo, County government of Nyamira, County Executive for Public Service Management, County Secretary, Chairperson and Secretary of the County Public Service Board. Governor Nyagarama had said there will be no reprieve for the irregularly employed staff and vowed to prosecute those responsible.
