Day 4 of the court martial of a CFB Gagetown soldier accused of feeding fellow soldiers cupcakes laced with cannabis has concluded at the base in Oromocto, N.B. The soldiers testified they started feeling high shortly after eating the cupcakes. Patrick Hepditch testified Saturday about what he witnessed that day. He witnessed a soldier, who he had seen smoking only occasionally, start chain-smoking. But Diggs said he collected five or six wrappers and Hepditch said he witnessed someone searching for more of the wrappers.
