Judge KM Imrul Kayes of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court accepted the charge sheet on Wednesday. Additional Public Prosecutor Tapash Kumer Paul of Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge Court confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune. Earlier on October 27, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Rapid Action Battalion 1 Belayet Hossain, also the investigation officer of the case, submitted the charge sheet against former Awami Jubo League organizing secretary (Dhaka South) Khalid. Khalid was later expelled from Jubo League.
