In footage that has been widely circulated online, a six-year-old girl can be seen cycling behind a man and woman. The couple were walking their dog along the Blackwell Trail near Huthwaite and South Normanton on the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire border, Nottingham Post reported. Instead of saying sorry, the man appears to kick the bike before walking away. Detective Superintendent Kev Broadhead, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We have reviewed the footage and do not believe this was a criminal offence. "More people are now walking, cycling and jogging along our pathways in line with the government's new guidance, all going at different speeds and we've got to share our open spaces with social distancing in mind.”
