KOTA TINGGI: A husband and wife were killed while nine others were injured in a road accident involving three vehicles at KM59.5 of the Senai–Desaru highway. Among those injured was a three-year-old girl. He said the couple were travelling with the girl before they were involved in the accident. "We are currently unsure about the details of the relationship between the three-year-old girl and the couple," he said in a statement on Sunday. Sailaini said the operation ended at 11.41am and that all nine injured victims were sent to Pusat Kesihatan Penawar and Sungai Mas for treatment.
