Invercargill city councillors will discuss “consultation options for Invercargill Central Limited” on Tuesday but just what that consultation relates to is yet to be made public. The matter will be raised in the public excluded session of Tuesday’s performance, policy, and partnerships committee meeting. Invercargill Central Limited is the company in charge of Invercargill’s major city block development, which the council has invested $46 million in following a consultation process with the public. Performance, policy, and partnerships committee chairperson Darren Ludlow said he was not aware of the details of the Invercargill Central Limited agenda item.
