But Maurice Ampaw on Adom News Monday said, the Council of State has proven beyond reasonable doubt that it has outlived its usefulness. “The Council of State is the most useless institution; it has proven that it does not give the President wise counsel,” he fumed. “President Mahama has brought the name of the judiciary into disrepute; I call on the judges to go on strike,” he stated. Maurice Ampaw called on Ghanaians to reject President Mahama in the December 7 elections for endorsing impunity.
