Ten proposed developments that could deliver up to 5000 homes across the Tasman District are to be recommended for a slice of a $1 billion Government fund. Long-time developer Graeme Dick is one of a group of people behind a cluster of proposed developments in that area, which could collectively result in 2500 sections.
