KARACHI: Karachi Corps Commander Lieutenant General Baig Mirza visited Moin Khan Academy in Defense Housing Authority (DHA) and inaugurated the newly constructed club house building on Monday. According to a statement, the club house is equipped with indoor games and latest sports equipment.The corps commander appreciated the DHA’s role in promoting sports activities in the city. On the occasion, Lieutenant General Shahid was briefed on the available coaching facilities at the academy. On that, he appreciated the academy for providing such services. Renowned sport legends Javed Miandad, Moin Khan,Jehangir Khan, Islah Uddin, Naseem Hameed and many famous television artists including Fahad Mustafa were also present.
