Public health experts hope that numbers remain depletedThe chairman of the expert group that advises Nphet has said that he cannot see how international travel is “worth the risk” as the government is set to publish its green list tomorrow. People travelling from the listed countries will not have to restrict their movements for 14 days when they arrive in Ireland. Dr Cillian De Gascun, chairman of the expert advisory group to the National Public Health Emergency Team, said: “I’d be advising people to stay at home if at all they can purely because I don’t see how it’s worth the risk.”It came as ten new cases and no new deaths were reported from the virus yesterday. There have no been 1,753 deaths and 25,760 cases in Ireland.
