As of Wednesday morning there have been at least 2,004,670 cases of the disease, according to official sources. The United States has the largest outbreak in the world with more than 600,000 confirmed cases and nearly 30,000 deaths. Italy now has 162,488 cases of the disease, although Spain now has Europe's largest outbreak with 177,633 confirmed cases.
