Former Love Island star Dr Alex George has called for free car parking for NHS staff. The doctor, 30, has been working hard with the rest of NHS workers as the ongoing coronavirus pandemic wreaks havoc worldwide. Writing on Twitter, Alex commented: "Controversial but maybe this is a good time for hospital car parks to be free for NHS staff? Bournemouth hospital staff parked at the local leisure centre, which is CLOSED, came out to find themselves clamped!!" Naturally, the issue prompted some passionate views from Alex's followers, who agreed more needed to be done for NHS staff.
