A rare sitting of three judges of the High Court is due to hear a case, starting in Wellington on Monday, that challenges the legal basis for parts of New Zealand's coronavirus lockdown. Borrowdale, a Wellington lawyer with an impressive academic record, but not a litigator, filed proceedings to front a legal challenge to some lockdown rules.
