Gen R’win Pagkalinawan that the operatives discovered the marijuana plantation at the communal forest of Sitio Taleb, Barangay Banangan, Sablan, Benguet and started the destruction and burning of the place at 12:10 p.m. to 5 p.m. February 17. “ We were not expecting to find have a marijuana plantation in this two town. We are still trying to find out who the owners of these plantations are,” Ragay said.
