ACP Soffian said that two caretakers of the outlets were separately arrested for carrying out unlicensed entertainment activities and for having expired entertainment licence. "We also found that one entertainment license which has expired and have confiscated musical instruments that were used for entertainment purposes. "The Penang JSJN has conducted a random preliminary urine screening test on 37 people, and the results were all negative," he said. "We urge all traders and customers to comply with all business guidelines, including having a valid business license and complying with SOPs which has been outlined by the government," he said.
