Breanagh Catering, the company behind the famous venue on Dublin’s Harcourt Street, recorded pre-tax profits of more than €4 million, equivalent to just over €78,000 a week. Boosted by another All Ireland senior football win for Dublin last year and a booming night-time scene in the capital, the cash pile at the Coppers firm last year jumped by €3.938 million, from €59.84 million to €63.78 million.
