The victim, Sarah Darko who narrated her ordeal to Takoradi-based Connect FM said she was arrested based on a complaint lodged by a lady she suspected to have been having an affairs with the victim’s husband. The victim upon her arrival at the police was asked to enter the cell which she refused. Her refusal to enter the cells, infuriated an officer whose name she gave as Insp. Emmanuel Osei who allegedly lashed the victim, causing bruises all over her body especially the buttocks.
