A police constable was gunned down by unidentified gunmen in North Waziristan district on Thursday. Police officials informed that the cop identified as Saifur Rehman was killed when he was offering evening prayer at a local mosque in Miranshah. The attackers also kidnapped several people from the mosque with them. The gunmen took the body of the deceased cop with them and later threw it in the nearby fields, the official added.
