Continental is hoping to capture a bigger slice of the high-performance tyre market in the Asia-Pacific region with the recent launch of the MaxContact MC6 in Thailand. Compared to its predecessor, the MC6 boasts significant improvements, whether in terms of wet and dry handling, wet braking and mileage performance. The MC6 features multi-functional tread design that enhances grip and handling while reducing braking distances and cornering speed. Results were impressive, with the new tyre beating its predecessor by a wide margin in every test. The MC6 is available in Thailand for rims with diametres of 16 to 19 inches, with prices ranging from Bt4,066 to Bt10,165 per tyre.
