Construction worker jailed for 'Lennon Wall' assault


A construction worker, 39, has been sentenced to four months of imprisonment by the Kwun Tong Magistrates' Courts today for assaulting a man at a "Lennon Wall" in Tseung Kwan O after an argument last year. He pleaded guilty to a count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. On August 26, 2019, the defendant tore down paper and a poster on the "Lennon Wall" at the pedestrian tunnel between Sheung Tak Estate and Tong Ming Court. The man argued with him and he assaulted the man with an umbrella and broom.
