But the Constitution does not prohibit any state from having its own flag. Likewise, if we have a state flag, I don't think it will be above the national flag. The law is very clear that there is nothing in the Constitution that prohibits a state from having a flag of its choice. Let them say that Karnataka should not have a flag like this and that it is against the Constitution. BS Yeddyurappa especially has been saying that all about the national flag we all have to respect.
