It encourages horse-trading among village level leaders, making a mockery of democracy,” Mr. Rajender Reddy opined. Accusing the Chief Minister of disrespecting the sarpanches, the Congress leader said that sarpanches did not want elections six months before the end of their term. He said that to bring about a change in the State, the Congress party intends to conduct an awareness.
