New Delhi: The Congress on Monday dared Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take legal action following the revelations in the Paradise Papers, a cache of leaked documents on offshore accounts that included the names of some party leaders. "Why has the government not taken action and disclosed names of those having offshore accounts in Liechtenstein, HSBC, 'Panama Papers' and 'Paradise Papers'?" The Paradise Papers, the outcome of investigations into offshore and banking assets by a consortium of international journalists, names both Jayant and R.K. Sinha. According to the Paradise Papers, this subsidiary had raised a loan of $3 million. R.K. Sinha, Surjewala added, did not declare these details either to the poll panel or to Parliament.
