Hariprasad, the official observer for the election, told The Telegraph : "It is of course sabotage but not by our party MLAs. The Congress MLAs showed me the ballots. Even today, few central leaders bought the theory that the BJP had the pen changed. Whether the pen was changed or ink was changed can be found out. It is easy to find out whether voting happened with two different pens and, if yes, who changed the pen.
