more-inThe Congress’ party manifesto for the Assembly elections will be released by March 15, said the former Chief Minister M. Veerappa Moily, who heads the party’s manifesto committee. Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Mr. Moily said the manifesto will address policies at the State, district and regional level. While Congress president Rahul Gandhi will unveil the manifesto, party leaders will simultaneously release it at the regional and the district levels. Mr. Moily said the party was including the cleaning of the Cauvery in the manifesto. Mr. Moily said that the party will also address the Mahadayi issue in the manifesto.
