They said: “A loophole has been closed which allowed members of the public to post comments on open Fix My Street requests. “All Fix My Street reports,” said the council, “are investigated and acted upon if necessary (where they are the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council), including 1,607 items in the last month”.
