KUALA LUMPUR: Three spa company directors, a cashier and nine China nationals have claimed trial in a Sessions Court here to using a premise as a place for immoral activity, hiring foreign workers without permit and offering sexual services. The three pleaded not guilty to the charge under Section 373(1)(b) of the Penal Code. Aside from the three, 51-year-old cashier Mok Kwui King was charged with managing the brothel, an offence under Section 373(1)(a) of the Penal Code. The nine China nationals were accused of offering sex services to various people for the purpose of prostitution and were charged under Section 372B of the Penal Code. Judge Datin M. Kunasundary granted bail at RM20,000 bail each for Moi and Liew, a bail of RM8,000 for Koo and RM12,000 bail for Mok.
