JOHOR BARU: A pedestrian bridge linking R&F Princess Cove and the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) complex here would be partially completed by the end of the year. R&F Properties Co. Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a construction corporation on the development of a pedestrian bridge in a ceremony recently. The MoU, signed with China Construction Third Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, will see the construction of a pedestrian bridge between the R&F Princess Cove commercial Mall and the Sultan Iskandar CIQ. Hyatt Hotels Corporation had agreed to this strategic cooperation in its maiden overseas project R&F Princess Cove located in Johor Baru here. He added that the phase one com­­­­mercial mall would feature anchor tenants such as MBO Cine­mas, Voir Group, YFS, A-LOOK eyewear, SM+CY and Restaurant Todak.
