Napier man Tony Anderson died in a car crash on the Hawke's Bay Expressway. Two Hawke's Bay communities are mourning the losses of popular and much loved fathers killed in a head-on crash on Friday. Flaxmere man Pat O'Brien was driving southbound, and Napier man Tony Anderson northbound, when their cars collided on the Hawke's Bay Expressway on Friday afternoon. STUFF Traffic banked up on the Hawke's Bay Expressway following the double fatal crash. The station was well known locally as it was home to the shooting range for the Hawke's Bay Sporting Shooters Club.
